The Telecenter U® District Representative Class is a comprehensive two-day instructor-led training program designed specifically for K-12 school district technology staff, administrators, and support personnel responsible for Telecenter U® communication systems. Participants gain a practical understanding of system architecture, controller operations, SIP integration, network communications, VLANs, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies. Through hands-on lab exercises utilizing live Telecenter systems, attendees learn how to identify communication issues, analyze network traffic with Wireshark, perform diagnostics using Telecenter tools, and effectively communicate findings to technical support teams. Upon completion, district representatives will be better equipped to maintain system reliability, reduce downtime, and support mission-critical campus communications.
